Scholarships
UCS offers an early payment scholarship of £500 to all self-funded
international students who pay their yearly tuition fee in full by 30
September or 31 January for courses starting in February.

Student deposits
International students will be required to pay a £1,000 deposit to obtain
their CAS. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance of 50% of fees is
due on arrival at UCS with the final 50% due on invoice.

To provide support to all students, UCS run a daily programme


of individual drop-in advice sessions and group workshops

courses and at all levels.

UCS and business have been working together to offer Summer
Internship programmes, usually consisting of a period of 6-8
weeks of full-time work, specifically designed for undergraduate

600 en-suite bedrooms in shared flats and studio
apartments with price from £91 to £124 per week

Application Process
Students should apply in the following ways:

Undergraduate applications: UCAS or direct application


Postgraduate students should apply directly using our online
application form.

All applicants will be given a username and password for the


Applicant Portal. This is accessed via the UCS homepage, and is
designed to support students through the application process.

Application Process-continued
Students and agents are required to provide the following documents
at the time of application:

• All academic qualifications


• Copy of valid passport
• Copies of all UK visas (ignore if first time Tier 4 applicant)
• Progression Statement to state how the new course will complement
previous studies (if applying for a same qualification level already
completed in the UK)
• Any legal documents etc. if student has an immigration history in the
UK. (e.g. UKBA refusal letter, UKBA visa acknowledgement letter,
Tribunal decisions etc.)
• English language competence certificate (UCS internal test).

After Offer acceptance:


Documents required will typically include:
• Bank statements/Financial documents (you will need to show that you
have the course fee plus £7,200 as living expenses in your account for
9 months if you are living outside of the UK).
• We will then ask the student to deposit £1000 for the CAS deposit

Standard commission

15% of first year tuition fee = £1,350

5% of the following TWO years tuition fee = £900

£2,250 per UG student!
