journaling
general reflection
consider other choices…fallacy glasses…
critical thinking…analyze the situation
meditation!

prioritize. What’s urgent? What’s
important?
staying healthy. going to the doctor.
eating well. exercising. getting treatment.
daily goals…and reflecting back on
whether you achieved them.
set-times…and protecting those times.
Comprehension: What are the five filters and how do they work?
CR: Create a daily or weekly routine that would help keep your
mind “conscious” and your body healthy (don’t forget that your
brain is part of your body!). Explain why your routine would help
you avoid the “negative” attachments and move towards the
“positive” attachments, as defined by Mate.
