RECIPE: CLEAR MUSHROOM SOUP

Main Objective: To be able to prepare a recipe.


Specific Objectives
1. Request needed materials for the recipe.
2. Demonstrate the recipe.
3. Serve plated dish for evaluation.

INSTRUCTION: Recreate the Recipe.

Materials Needed:
Qty. Tools Qty. Tools
1 Sauce pan 1 Soup bowl
1 Wooden spoon 1 Cutting board
1 Knife

Ingredients:

¼c Mushroom slices 1/8 c Carrot
2c Vegetable stock 1 pc Egg
1T Garlic Salt & pepper
1t Oil

Procedure:
1. Wash vegetables and peel.
2. Cut carrots in to fine julienne.
3. Slice thinly the mushrooms.
4. Chop the garlic.
5. Heat pan and oil and sauté vegetables.
6. Season with salt & pepper.
7. Add vegetable stock then simmer.
8. Add beaten egg to thicken.
9. Serve in a soup bowl.
