Greetings!

Boy Scouts of the Philippines Oriental Mindoro Council will be having an election for Local Council
Executive Board (LCEB) on February 20, 2021 at 1:00 in the afternoon. Twelve members will be
elected to compose the board.

To be elected, they will be nominated first by anyone from the council, accept the nomination and
file nomination form prior to the date of election. They will be elected by District Key 3 officials:
District Supervisor, District BSP Coordinator and District Chairman.

Elected members will vote among themselves the following positions: Chairman, 1 st Vice-Chairman,
2nd Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, Asst. Treasurer, Auditor and 6 Board Members. The OIC-CSE of the
Council will automatically act as the secretary of the group.

One of the functions of the LCEB members is to see to it/oversee the smooth delivery of programs,
projects and activities of Boy Scouts of the Philippines being a GOCC member.

With your knowledge and expertise, I know you can contribute to the successful implementation and
continuous delivery of different activities of our organization. In this regard, I am nominating you as
candidate for LCEB. Once you signify your intent, please fill up the attached Nomination Form and
submit to the Council Office.

I am positive enough that you will take the challenge of being LCEB candidate.
