ELECTION RULES
1. Only nomination forms received not later than February 18, 2021, and screened by
the NOMELEC shall be considered as Official Candidate for the Election.
4. The Official Ballot shall have four (4) spaces. To be valid, each ballot must have no
more than four (4) different names written on it. Failure to follow this provision will
exclude/invalidate such ballot from canvassing.
5. Affix your signature on the Voters List (Attendance List), receive and fill-out your
Official Ballot and drop into designated ballot box before leaving the precinct.
6. Canvassing/Counting of votes shall be done after the last delegate has voted.
7. The Chairman of the NOMELEC shall officially declare the winners and proclaim the
twelve newly elected regular members of the Council Executive Board.
8. A candidate/nominee who is not present on the day of the Election will be removed from the
Official List of Candidates and therefore will not be elected.
9. Only the NOMELEC shall supervise the entire proceedings of the Election.
