Task 1f. Describing Company Structure

 The Board of Directors consists of one main director, 3 deputy directors and 6 directors
 Directors to be in charge of leading and determining the direction of the company.
 The manager to be in charge of leading the overall managerial field in charge
 Managers consists of several positions, including: personnel manager in charge of managing
HR, marketing manager (marketing); operational manager; IT manager, factory manager;
general manager; stock and warehouse managers, and so on according to company needs.

Task 3b. Writing

In large companies I can maximize my expertise, especially in accounting. Furthermore, large companies
are very regulated how it works because of very strict rules by the company. Consequently, I can be
more disciplined. On the other hand, it is true that if I work for a small company, I can be freer at work
because of the rules that don't really restrain me. Neverthless, I prefer big companies because I can
further develop my skills, eventhough I can't be free working there
