4. Use all the personal safety equipment: glasses, boots, and gloves. Your safety is very important for us.

RISKS AND INJURY HAZARD

1. Make sure your vehicle is shut down. Set up the emergency brake and use re blocks.

2. Work in a flat surface.

3. Always remove jewelry before star ng to work.

4. Special a en on to electrical cables. Insulate and protect any exposed wires.

5. Do not remove any part of the vehicle –not men oned- in this manual

REQUIRED TOOLS (NOT INCLUDED)

- Wrenches and sockets ¾”, ½”, 7/16”

- Socket wrench and short extension.
- Channel lock pliers
- Flathead screwdriver
- Phillips screwdriver

INSTALLATION PROCESS

1. Place all the kit's elements of your TOYOTA HILUX REAR BUMPER WITH LEDS PT-017, by groups as described
previously, to simplify the installa on process. All the parts required are classified.

2. Remove the original rear bumper of your vehicle. Put aside its spare re carrier.

3. Clean the working area.

4. Ini al prepara on:

4.1 Toyota Plaque: Install and place on the bumper using hardware described on Sec on 4. Fully adjust in four
areas.

4.2 VIPER S cker: Install and place on the bumper as shown on Sec on 6.

4.3 LEDS: There are 2 led lights per side, gently place on the bumper using hardware from sec on 2. Fully adjust
from the inside.

4.4 License Plate: Using hardware from sec on 5, install your license plate.

5. Place the bumper bases into the ends of the frame, on both sides le -right. Use hardware from Sec on 1 and fully
ghten on the three areas per side.

6. Proceed to install reinforcement parts to the vehicle frame; we have provided 2 units, use hardware from Sec on 3.

7. Install the rear bumper with the help of a second person and proceed to adjust to vehicle frame/bases, using bolts
and washers from Sec on 1. Do not fully ghten. Align. Repeat both sides.

8. Install your spare re.
