We want to remain accessible and fairly priced for those who would like to come and
stay here. We do not have a goal of becoming “rich”; we live austere lives and
don’t need too much to support our current lifestyle. Of course, we do aim to
become sustainable financially, which would allow us to continue to grow and expand
and reach more people. Eventually, we would like to reach an international market.

Dani and Katya were aware, however, that this simple accommodation limited the
prices they could charge until they were able to offer the option of single or
double rooms.

A part-time “Karma yogi” option was also available, whereby guests paid a
discounted rate to help around the house for four hours a day (in the kitchen,
cleaning rooms, doing laundry) while participating in the rest of the program.
