ANALISIS PENDEKATAN INTERNAL DAN EKSTERNAL KONSUMEN

Abstract

This research in first year aim to to analyse influence signifikan among cultural factor, social factor,
personal factor, and psychological factor to buying decision of batik product at Kampoeng Batik Laweyan
Surakarta. Research done at chosen region that is: at Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Surakarta. internal issue
in this research is what there are influence which signifikan among cultural factor, social factor, personal
factor, and psychological factor to buying decision of batik product at Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Surakarta.
Independent variable of this research are culture factor (X 1), social factor (X2), personality factor (X3), and
psychological factor (X4). And for dependen variable that is buying decision of batik product at Kampoeng
Batik Laweyan Surakarta (Y). This research use primary and secundary data. Primary data obtained from
technique of survey field by spreading quetioner at consumer buying batik at Kampoeng Laweyan
Surakarta, while data sekunder obtained from various source publicized. Result of research indicate that
the 1) variable of culture factor have the influence which signifikan to buying decision of product , social
factor variable have the influence which signifikan to buying decision of product, variable of personality
factor have the influence which signifikan to buying decision the product, and psychological factor variable
have the influence which signifikan to decision buy the product 2) result of analysis test the F of variable of
culture factor, social factor, personality factor, and psychological factor together have the influence which
signifikan to buying decision of product 3) result of calculation to assess the R2 obtained 78,4% variation
changing to decision product explained by variation changing of culture factor, social factor, personality
factor, and psychological factor. While the rest equal 21,6% explained by other factor which don’t
observation.

Abstract
This paper aims to discuss about the qualitative approach to marketing research as part of business
performance measurement in the present. This paper compares three qualitative approaches include
phenomenology, grounded theory and ethnography. It would be beneficial for the development of the theory
and help making effective business decisions. This paper shows that qualitative methods are now acceptable
for consumer research and a wider field of marketing. This paper offers from the perspective of qualitative
research methods and some of their possible application in marketing research and business performance
measurement.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the activities of the value chain on batik products in Kampung Batik Laweyan
Surakarta, to determine and identify any activity of the batik tulis products that has the highest economic
value added in Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, so able to increase competitive advantage. This study
used a mixed approach Method, Which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The
qualitative approach used was conventional content analysis. The process of data analysis performed in this
study is to analyze the content of the interview and questionnaire. Data analysis methods used in this
research is descriptive statistical and Content Analysis. The results showed that the primary activities of the
value chain on batik tulis products in Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta include: (1) Purchase of raw
materials and major equipment such as fabric, waxes, dyes, and equipment. (2) The production process,
including making motive, making the pattern on the fabric, bold patterns using “canting”, coloring,
washing the fabric, shed the wax by dipping in hot water, drying the fabric to dry and display batik cloth,
( 3) Sales of the product. Selling batik usually through wholesalers both domestically and abroad, retail and
end consumers. While the main activity of the batik tulis products that has the highest economic value
added in Kampung Batik Laweyan is the marketing and sales.

Abstract
This study analyzes the design of packaging for both food products produced by KUB Sukarasa Tourism
Village Organic Sukorejo Sragen. This is important because the packaging is one of the marketing tools.
Food products in KUB Sukarasa in District Sambirejo Sragen sold in transparent plastic packaging and
without label. This makes the level of sales is not maximized. This research has three objectives: first,
create a packaging design that has the right size so easily carried by consumers and attractive for sale by
the merchant. The second objective, informative designing packaging labels, such as product name,
manufacturer's address, net weight, expiration date, product composition, and information about kosher.
The research method used was experimental. The end result of this research is a product packaging design
good food and interesting. This packaging design can be used by SMEs to develop their product marketing
strategies in order to increase sales.

Abstract
Since 2011 hotel industry in Solo Raya has very significant demand and supply imbalance in the fields of
room occupancy rate, human resources and finance. So, this research is intended to find strategies to
manage the supply and demand imbalance along with long term solutions to overcome these conditions.
This process evaluation study is presented to evaluate the implementation of ongoing programs and
policies in order to improve their qualities and to asses if they are successfull or failed (Edison, 2009).
Several methods of data collection are documentation, observation and field notes and interviews with
questionnaire. Subjects of research are whole members of Indonesia Hotel & Restaurant Association
(PHRI) Surakarta which are classified as star and nonstar hotels, local government officers and tourism
service providers. The research findings show that: (1) to increase the room occupancy rate is by
increasing the number of guests through promoting special packages offering customized solutions, instead
of reducing the number of existing hotels; (2) during low seasons, optimize in-house trainings to improve
human resources with expected competencies, entrepreneur souls and risk-taking; and (3) implement a
comprehensive efficiency program to maintain healthy financial companies. The research findings imply
the needs of political will from government which supports tourism sector to create ‘some sugar’(tourist
attractions) in Solo Raya that will be consumed by ‘ants’ (tourists).

Abstract
This study is an advantageous research of prepositions which require empirical tests. The research
highlights the effect of entrepreneurial orientation in determining and maintaining sustainability of a
company. A sharper business competition requires a bright and right strategy. The term of strategy is
usually refers to something not more than an idea, concept, and formulation process, and sometime is
inconsistent to its implementation. In the stage of implementation itself, the strategy changes frequently,
very fast then it seems to be deviated from the plan that have been made. In the implementation phase, the
discrepancy between strategy and internal factors is a common problem. The social capital is an important
internal factor of organization, and it's able to moderate the entrepreneurial orientation in affecting the
organizational performance. The equation constructed in the study proposition is aimed to observe the
effects of entrepreneurial orientation to the organizational performance which is moderated by social
capital in terms of structural, relation, and cognitive dimensions. This study utilizes multiple analysis
groups, a theoretical framework which is suitable to test the various differences between similar estimation
models for the different respondent group. The examination results that according to the measurement, a
low Moderation of Social Capital (Structural Dimension, Relational Dimension, and Cognitive Dimension)
moderates the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation to the Organizational Performance. The application of
Social Capital (Structural Dimension, Relational Dimension, and Cognitive Dimension) of SME especially
in Surakarta is still limited to non-business relationship.

Abstract
This research is to understand and to analyze the influence of good corporate governance and
leverage toward financial performance on Manufacture Corporation registered in BEI year 2012-2013,
both partially and simultaneously. Indicator used to explain good corporate governance in this research is
including board of directors, independent directors and audit committee.
Analysis method used in this research is doubled-linier regression in accordance to the purpose of
this research which is to analyze the influence of independent variable toward dependent variable. Sample
used in this research is all Manufacture Corporations registered in BEI year 2012-2013. The determination
of sample is using purposive sampling. By using this method, it acquired 92 corporations that will be used
as the sample in this research.
The result of hypothesis test in this research shows that board of director do not affect significantly
toward financial performance. Independent director significantly has negative impact toward financial
performance. Audit committee significantly has positive impact toward financial performance. Leverage
significantly has negative impact toward financial performance.

Abstract
Financial leverage policy implementation in a business entity will increase the value of corporate debt,
which means the company must bear the cost of capital and a higher financial risk or increase the financial
risk (financial risk) companies. In general, shareholders and prospective shareholders will be interested

Earning per Share (EPS) is a form of an increase in profits of companies that will have an impact on the
division dividend companies.

This study aimed to analyze whether there is a financial leverage effect on Return on Equity (ROE) and the
effect of financial leverage on Earning per Share (EPS). The sampling method used is purposive sampling
method, ie taking samples previously determined based on the intent and purpose of the study and obtained
a sample of 78 companies. The data used are the financial statements of the sample companies published by
the period 2009 to 2011. The dependent variable is the Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Share
(EPS) while the independent variable is financial leverage. Data analysis using simple linear regression
analysis. The analysis showed that the financial leverage significantly affect the Earning per Share (EPS),
while on the Return on Equity (ROE) financial leverage is not significant.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to test the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER),
and Return On Equity (ROE) to stock price. This study was chosen because there were still differences
between one study and another. There was also distinct condition between theory and the reality.
This study was conducted using secondary data. Samples were taken using purposive sampling
technic. From one hundred and twenty manufacture company, sixty were chosen due to its complete
financial report from 2007-2011. The analysis methods used for this study is double linier regression
analysis.
Using regression analysis,it was showed that Earning Per Share (EPS) had a positive and
significant effect, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had a negative dan significant effect, meanwhile Return On
Equity (ROE) had a positive and significant effect to stock price. Taken together, it was showed that 90,4%
variation and stock price could be described by EPS, DER and ROE variable.The rest (9,6%) could be
described by other variables outside the model .

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of Effect of Good Corporate Governance,
which includes: the size of the directors council, commissioner council, the total of commissioner council,
and the audit committee of the company's performance. This research used a sample of 48 companies listed
on the stock exchanges of Indonesia, by using purposive sampling which publishes financial report for 3
years from 2011-2013. The method analysis of this research using multiple regression.
Results from this research show that (1) The size of the council of directors significant positive
effect to the corporate performance , (2) Independent council commissioner wasn’t significant effect to
corporate performance (3) the total of council commissioner wasn’t significant effect to corporate
performance (4) Audit Committee significant positive effect to corporate performance (5) Simultan, Size of
the directors council, Independent of the commissioners council, the total of commissioners council and the
Audit Committee had a significant effect to the corporate performance.
