    Formalist of critique of “Tata Selo” a Tagalog short story tata selo by Rogelio Sikat

    The title gives the reader an idea as to what the story portrays in life times when we will ours
    like what tata Selo did, one of his reason he know that Kabesang Tano has beed hacked and
    killed. The yard of government house had been filled. People pushed each other, trying to get
    close. He took my back then so I cut him. So he had to pay for the crime that he had committed
    in law.

    The ending was good even if it was like that, if to me it would have been if tata selo
    did not commit mistake so they would have chance to be together with his family

    The story is a study of a warmer who sinned against the law of wanting ownership because of
    his family needs, this illustrate, sometimes there are times when we want to claim something
    because actually want that thing because of what we commit mistakes
