known for this skill in the industry.
To be called a marketer who has had a success rate of more than 90% in new
launches and has been able to keep EI (evolution index) above 100 of the
portfolio throughout the year.
To become a product manager by the end of 2024
How to launch and sell AHP oncology products, what strategy will you take to
introduce the new product to the doctor?
For launch:
i. Surveys should be done prior to launch
ii. Discuss the current treatment protocols with top oncologists of Pakistan and
launch products based on that. Should know if single combination is
preferred or combination therapy.
iii. Oncology market is all about price and efficacy. Documentation in oncology
products is vital in customer conversion and in penetration in high potential
institutions of the country, therefore documents of AHP products, indicating
the source of products or raw material etc, should be complete and pitched in
the right way. Certificate of the raw material being used should approved by
trusted bodies like WHO, US FDA, EMA (European medicine agency).
iv. For new launches, focus should be one carrying out trials by well reputed
doctors of Pakistan
