1. Explain in your own words why Visual Graphics or Computer Graphics is a cross-disciplinary field in
which physics, mathematics, human perception, human-computer interaction, engineering, graphic
design.

Answer: In my own opinion, Visual Graphics or Computer Graphics was called as a cross-disciplinary field
because you can use it almost in all aspects of knowledge like what is stated in this particular questions.
Visual or Computer Graphics helps us to understand some situations or problems through the use of it.
With some use of picture, you can also gather some opinions, reactions or feedbacks regarding to that
through the help of Visual. In some social media sites, especially facebook, some of the users use
pictures to explain the presents issues in our society. It is a powerful tool that can create unity or other
emotions depending the use of it.

2. Why do you think visual graphics is widely use all over the world?

Answer: Visual graphics widely use all over the world due to effectivity of using. Using this, you can
communicate with others or you can simply express what you are feeling just by using it. It also helps
you to be more creative not just by using it but also in interacting with other's creation using Visual
Graphics.

3. In your own opinion why do you think Adobe Photoshop is the industry standard software for
image editing?

Answer: I think Adobe Photoshop is the standard application used for photo editing because it is the
easiest and the most common tool used all over the world. Way back in 2011, when I was working in a
souvenir shop at Divisoria, I was assigned as the one in charge of the layout to be use in their souvenirs.
Back then, (I think I was using Adobe Photoshop CS3 or CS5 that time) I was familiarized in that
application. That's the reason why I said that this is the most common application use especially for
photo editing. Sometimes, when you ask some people if they know how to edit picture, they would say
yes, I know how to use Adobe Photoshop.
