Sub: Objection Letter – Electricity Connection.

Sir,

I have a land property at Survey No. 1/3D in Kumbradi Coffee Estate

Kasaba Hobli Sakleshpur Taluk of Hassan District, Karnataka State. There is a Civil
Revenue appeal (Civil Revenue Appeal No. 103/2020) regarding survey issues between me
and ADLR & DDLR, M V Jairaj in Honourable Karnataka Appellate Tribunal at Bengaluru. At
Present Situation Temporary injunction active till further orders come. I came to know that
Sri. M.V. Jairaj with the help of others constructing Pulpering machine foundation and he is
going to install it. It is totally against the orders made by honourable Karnataka Appellate
Authority’s order. So I humbly request you to stop providing electric connection to the
Pulpering machine and coolie lane or any of the subdivisions of Survey number 1/3 of
Kumbradi Coffee Estate Village in the name of Sri. M V Jairaj & Dr. M V Raman (as survey
number 1/3D is overlapped by Survey No. 1/3D) until further orders from the honourable
appellate tribunal, Bengaluru and other related authorities.
