Sub: I, Shri Jagannath Mukhopadhyay (Additional Chief Engineer, Durgapur Field
Zonal Office, WBSETCL), S/o Shri Dhananjoy Mukherjee, aged about 52 years, by faith
Hindu, residing at Flat No. - 2/2, Sportsview Apartment, Kuthir Math, Barabazar,
Chandannagar and affirming my signature herewith on behalf of West Bengal State
Electricity Transmission Company Limited, after making myself acquainted with the
instant matter and hereby submit the following:-
That upon receiving Way Leave Permission for laying of Underground 132KV D/C
XLPE cables from Durgapur 220/132 KV Sub-Station (beside Sardar Ballabh bhai Patel
road) to 132KV Composite tower (beside Kaliganj road) and the total route length as per
layout plan verification is 1429 Meters and shall pay such amount on account of such
score, as would be fixed I charged by the Asansol Durgapur Development Authority.

That I further undertake that if any untoward incident/accident happens in connection

with the use of aforesaid Underground Cable by M/S WBSETCL, the company shall be
liable to pay adequate compensation for the consequences to the effected person /Units
/Institution/Establishment and such case(s) may be dealt with by the competent
authority/Govt. in. accordance with law & rules prevailing form time to time.

 UNDERTAKING

I, do hereby on behalf of West Bengal State Electricity Transmission

Company Limited, undertake to make payment of any amount regarding
GST Components, as it would be applicable in future in terms of Goods
and Services Act, 2016 against the User charge(s) paid by our company to
ADDA amounting to Rs. 42,87,000.00 (Rupees Forty two lacs and eighty
seven thousand only) for issuing NOC for Way Leave Permission of
1429 metres for laying of Underground 132KV D/C XLPE cables beneath
the ground affecting from Durgapur 220/132 KV Sub-Station (beside
Sardar Ballabh Bhai Patel road) to 132KV Composite tower (beside
Kaliganj road) since possession of such lands are being managed by ADDA
on behalf of the Govt. of West Bengal.
