I have had the honor of working with Dani for the last four years. Through very challenging
situations, Dani has been a valued thought-partner as we have sought to elevate the capacity
of our instructional staff to serve all students. Of the many things I have appreciated about
Dani, I most appreciate that she has always placed the needs of our students at the forefront
of her professional practice. She has taught with distinction in our math department while
expanding her instructional influence as a math interventionist for our most urgently
impacted students. She is a superb teacher who is able to relate to all students while inspiring
them to take on the challenges of her courses.

Though Dani has served with distinction in our math department, she continues to be
reflective and responsive to coaching. Moreover, she collaborates well with her colleagues
while demonstrating a consistent willingness to have difficult conversations with them
regarding the accountability we must maintain to the service of our students and families. In
addition to her teaching duties, Dani has also served as a member of our instructional
leadership team (ILT) as a data team specialists. Her work as a teacher leader has been
instrumental in our school maintaining the highest on-track-to-graduate percentage in the
school district.

To that end, I highly recommend Dani as a highly qualified candidate for your graduate
institution. I am confident that she will serve the interests of your institution well and
ultimately bring even greater value to our society.
