• Worked in the office most of the time, would be in charge of filing important documents from past jobs the company
was involved in and other necessities around the office.
• Managed office supplies and would sometimes go out on jobs (ex. oil and swab rigs).
• Maintained appropriate filing of personal and professional documentation.
• Marketing rep for all marketing material including organizing events for customers to attend
• Inventory administration/controllers that included gathering info on all inventory and putting it in an excel spread
sheet, verified all equipment through an inventory site also, helped with a variety of administrative tasks (filing,
quickbooks, etc.)
