JOINT STATEMENT OF INVOLVEMENT / COMMITMENT BY

ADVISER AND PRESIDENT OF STUDENT ORGANIZATION

We, ENGR. MA. SENEN D. BONGULTO and JEFREY A. DE LEON, Adviser and
President respectively of CNSC COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING – STUDENT GOVERNMENT of
Camarines Norte State College, Daet, Camarines Norte, shall abide by the provisions stated as
follows:

a. That we shall supervise/regulate and manage the election of officers of the

organization.

b. That we shall certify as to the correctness of the financial statement and report of
the collection and disbursement of funds of the organizations.

c. That we shall attend meetings and activities of our organizations.

d. That we shall be liable for any misconduct committed/prohibited activities engaged

in by the organization or its members; and for the violation of the rules and
regulations of the school as well as the Constitution and By-Laws of the
organization.

e. That we shall work with the Student Development Unit under the supervision of the
Office of Student Services.
