INTRODUCTION
The case is all about murder of deceased smt. Madan kanwar by the accused shrawan nath
due to some previous enmity with her. During the investigation it was found that the knife
which was found from the accused house was considered as the primary evidence as insured
under section 62 of Indian evidence act,1872. It has also been argued that FIR was lodged by
an alleged eye-witness Achal Nath, who was real brother of deceased and he was highly
interested witness.

But later on following the cross examination and Re-examination as insured under sec 137 of
Indian evidence act,1872. Somehow the truth started appearing and various truth to the case
started coming out.

The trial court on the analysis of the case held that the injury caused by the accused was
likely enough to cause the death of a person.

So it can be seen that only because of Re-examination and cross examining the witnesses the
case somehow find its direction .

AIMS AND OBJECTIVE

1) To analyze the facts of the case and its judgements


2) To deal with sections related to this case

HYPOTHESIS

The researcher hypothesizes that the cross examination and Re-examination can
sometime be considered as much crucial the bring the exact scenario and truth
of the case .
