    Subject Advice – structural changes

    Hi Euzebiusz
    I’m just emailing you because I need some advice advice. Everyone has been very
    impressed with the way that you have improved performance in your factory and I am
    keen to repeat your success! I am thinking of reorganizing all of our manufacturing
    areas. What would be the best way of organizing this? I know that I also need to
    get support from all of the staff before making changes. How should I do this?
    Top management here are worried that the changes will cost a great deal of money, but I
    remember that your changes were very cost-effective. Do you have a
    breakdown of the costs of the changes? While we are talking about costs costs, do you
    know which is the cheapest country to order the new machinery from?
