Part 2: Why do you want to join beautiful homes club

I like to decorate my house in a simple, modern style. In addition, I want to live and enjoy a cozy
family atmosphere with loved ones. Therefore, I want to join the beautiful homes club to have more
opportunities to refer to more ways to decorate my home.
Part 3:
A: I have a bad relationship with my neighbors because they often make noise. Tell me how is your
relationship with your neighbors?
I highly recommend you talk to them politely and friendly to resolve that bad problem. You can ask
them to turn down the volume when they listen to music to avoid making noise pollution. Specially,
they should keep it peaceful and quiet at night so that other neighbors can feel relaxed and
comfortable after a hard-working day.
B: Do you prefer living in old buildings or modern buildings? Why?
I prefer living in modern buildings rather than old buildings because modern buildings bring comfort
and safe feelings for me when I live here. Besides, I like simple and modern styles more than other
styles.
C: The house should be designed in a way that is good for the environment. Do you agree?
I completely agree with this opinion (EM CÓ THỂ DÙNG CỤM: I CAN SEE EYES TO EYES
WITH YOU ĐỂ ĐẠT ĐIỂM CAO HƠN EM NHA). I think we can construct a greenhouse with a lot
of trees and flowers around that house to create fresh and relaxing air. In addition, I highly
recommend we use friendly environment materials to build it.

My name is Doan Thi Chinh Nhi and I have been a club member for 6 months. I have received an
email from our club. I’m writing this email to express my feelings and give my opinion.
Following (ACCORDING TO) the notification, the cost of maintaining old buildings is very high
and these buildings take up a lot of space. The government has a proposal that we knock down old
buildings and build more modern blocks. I’m (I WAS) so worried when I heard it. I completely agree
with this way as the old buildings were constructed a long time ago so that we don't feel safe living
here. Besides, Those buildings have a lot of (THAY have a lot of = TOTALLY) out of date and old
equipments (EQUIPMENT LÀ DANH TỪ KHÔNG ĐẾM ĐƯỢC EM NHA) make (MAKES) us feel
uncomfortable. This proposal is the best way for now. It help (HELPS) us save money, time and
don’t take up the space when build (BUILDING). I believe that many member’s club agree with that
suggestion. I look forward to hearing this.
