- Advantages : the people are friendly, modern city, chances for

population, the poluted environment, noisy, hard to get an
accommodation.
Practice:
The city where i live in is HCMc which is the most crowded place
and also an economic centre of the whole country. This city has been
established since 1698. Untill now, it has 16 districts and 1 affiliated city.
My house is in Binh Tan district where is in the surbuban so it’s less
humming than the others in downtown. In my place has a factory
producing draps, pillows, mattresses,… Moreover, there’s a shopping
mall near my house where me and my friends often go when we have
freetime. One of the disadvantages of this place is the trafic. every day
at 5pm when the workers finish their work and go home, it ussually gets
very crowded and always trafic jam, the others is the noise when the
factory is in operation. However, there is still some good side of it, on of
them is the friendly people include its modernity, good living condition
and security. One of the things that i love about this city is its people.
Despite its multi – regions, the people here is very friendly and
hospitable. My neighbors are from all places of the whole country and
they all treat each other well. When i just moved to there, they helped my
family to get on well with the people around there. It’s the main reason
why i love this place so much.

Where you’re living now : a district far away from the downtown
where life condition is medium
Place you want to live : a place at city center
What kind of house is your dream house and explain why you think
it is your dream house : house with open space, has a clean green
environment, fresh air, full of facilities because i want to have a
comfortable house.
Practice :
 I was born and grew in a house that located far from downtown at
binh tan district where life condition isn’t so good, so i’m always dream of
the house in the downtown which is a modern house because i really
want my parents to have a better life and my child will grow without any
difficult. The house i’ve drawn in my mind is the house with full of
facilities, wide space so that my family can feel comfortable, it’ll also has
a place to plant some trees or vegetables because my mom like to plant,
a big yard for the outdoor activities , each bedroom will has a bathroom
so that everyone will have their own space, a bancony where i can relax
after a tired working days,my house will be in a clean green environment
and located near school so that my child can have a better growing
environment,and finally my house will the green power like solar energy
because it’s a unlimited power and it can help reducing air poluted. That
is my dream house and i know it won’t be eassy to gain it but i’ll try my
best to make it become true.

A: Each place has its own condtions and benefits. In city life, you will
have more job opportunities and convenience. Beside, in the country life,
there are a lot of plant species so the air and the food are fresh and
clean. You can enjoy a healthy natural condition without worrying much
about environmental pollution.
T: I agree with you, but everything has two sides. In the city life, you may
have more job opportunities and convenience, but you must pay a lot of
money for convenient. Also, the environmental pollution problem make
people wanna move out their city.
A: In country life, people have less job opportunities, less recreation.
They want to have highly specialized job, modernization. That why they
dont't want a country life.

• where you went : a beach trip with my family
• how you got there : by bus
• what you did there and explain why you enjoyed it : go swimming
with my family, i enjoyed it because it was the first time my family has
traveled together.
Practice :
Untill now i’ve had a lot of trip but one of the most memorable trip
i’ve ever had is the beach trip with my family. It happened 15 years ago
on Sunday morning, my father suggest going to the beach in vung tau to
relax after a stressfull weak. I was very excited about that because it was
the first time i have seen the sea and i was looking forward to seeing it
for the intire time from home to the beach. After had decided to take the
trip, we took a car to get there. After 2 hours traveling, i was very tires
and got carsick but everything seemed to be disappeared when i saw
the beach. It was wide, sunny and the sound of waves made me couldn’t
help myself any more. At the beach, my mom and i went swimming while
my dad was preparing for lunch. After had had lunch, we left it for home.
Although it was very tired but i really enjoyed it because it was the first
time my family has traveled together.

people. I can talk with them, tell and hear the story from them. The tour
guide also keep your safe and help you have a interesting experiment.

Practice :
 One of my most memorable event that happened in my life is the
event when i got an accident 4 years ago when i was 14 or 15. After that
event, i’ve change my thought about my parent. Back then, i was on the
way to the store to buy some stuff and suddenly a motor hit me hard. I
was thrown in the air and fell straight down to the ground. I was very
frightened as it happened so quickly. I was taken to the hospital by my
dad immediately, luckily i have no serious injure so i was able to go
home right away but the momment that has made me remember untill
now was the worried look of my parents. They seemed to be very worry
if there is any thing happen to me. Since then, i’ve known that they’re
really love me and always care about me. From that momment, i’ve
decided not to make worry about me any more. That’s my most
memorable event that happened to me and it still remind me to
appreciate my family more.

A: I think both. Let talk about positive. : the development of the world
economy, social security is high. World peace is established.
T: About negative ?
A: First, it is population boom. The evelopment of the world economy
make population increase in an uncontrolled way. That leads to a lot of
problems like poor people, lack of land,.... The second is environmental
pollution. Today, a large number of factories have been built, leading to
a huge amount of waste that needs to be dealt with. However, many
factories lack sewage treatment systems, so most of the waste is
dumped directly into rivers or lakes.
T: I agree with you. In addition, oil spills from tanker ship accidents also
contribute to ocean population, which kills thousands of seabirds and
sea animals. Furthermore, some people even dispose of the waste and
throw trash into lakes and rivers. These actions are ideal conditions for
bacterial, viral and parasitic diseases. They are spreading through
polluted water and affecting human health.

Practice :
Technology is not something unfamiliar to our life, every one would
have at least one of them for sure. I’m not exception, technology has
played an important route in my life but the one i think is most important
and can’t be seperated from my daily life is the laptop.
I got this laptop when i passed and was accepted to this university,
before that i never thought i need a laptop because it wasn’t nessesary,
but now i can see all its advantages. With a laptop you can connect to
the internet and then you can search for lots of informations which are
maybe helpful to your study, you can talk to friends or especially in this
social distancing due to the covid19, we have to switch from face to face
learning to online learning, with a laptop you can join the online class
although you can use smartphone but with bigger screen of laptop you
don’t have to look closer to see what teacher are talking about and
finally it could help you to sending files of your excecise, your homework.
Because of its benefits so i ussualy use it, i use it nearly 15hours a day.
Laptop has become an dispendable part of my life and i feel lucky to
have it.

A: In some situations, I think I agree with you. Some people use
computers to do nothing but playing games, chatting, spam, create dirty
information on the Net. In addition, sitting in front of the screen for long
hours can lead to obesity, backache, and short-sightedness. Besides,
people paying too much attention to online activities may become
passive in real life because of their lacks of communication. In short,
everything has its two sides, we should use it for right purposes.

How you found this website

I first heard about YouTube in 2009 when my teacher showed us an

educational video on this site. Now I use it daily to share my cool footages
with people and to check out the trendiest videos available.

What it allows you to do

YouTube is basically designed for video sharing and it makes viewing and
uploading videos quite easy, Personally, I cannot afford to go on holiday
or travel abroad, so for me travel vlogs are a good way to find out about
places around the world and what life there is like, it feels like I'm visiting
the place with the vlogger because they share their experience with their
audience.

As for why I like it, I think it's an amazing way to explore the world through
videos as well as keep myself up to date with anything educational and
interesting.

equipment, because it is a private school. The library of my school is
quite large. So in the mornings I and lots of students usually go to the
library to read and do my homework. My school has a floor for physical
activities such as gym or martial arts, and a floor for artistic activities
such as singing, dancing,
Here students can study and exercise according to national
standards. This is a school where many people dream of learning to
develop themselves.
MOST ATTRACTIVE
The most attractive thing in my school is once a week with a foreign
teacher, I feel fortunate to study in an international environment that
other schools don't have.

My role in the group is creative, I always have new ideas and new ways
of doing things.
To have successful projects, the role of the creator is very important,
because the idea is everything, it does not like to be limited, takes risks,
is curious and sometimes eccentric, a creative person is someone who
always has new ideas and new ways of doing things.
My feeling
I understand working together, but some people always rely on the rest
of the group. If one person doesn't do their job or homework, you have
extra work at the last minute or you lose points due to someone else's
weakness. They get the same grade for unequal effort. That’s only
reason I really hate working in group.

A: I find it has 3 advantages of being a freelancer

1. flexible hours – that you can work whenever you want. you get to

whether. you are no longer stuck in an office or even in your home. find
a place in which you work best.

3. you’re the boss – you no longer have to answer to anyone but your
clients and yourself. making all the decisions just became your
responsibility; you have all the control.

T: I find it has 3 disadvantages of freelancing

1. not steady or reliable workloads – unfortunately, being a freelancer

means that your income and your workload are unstable and
inconsistent

2. not getting paid – being a freelancer also means that you run the risk
of not getting paid. this is fairly common in the freelance world.

3. no employer benefits – also, starting your own freelance business

means you no longer have paid sick days or vacation time to use. every
day you don’t work is a day you won’t get paid.
