Ref: removal of residual dust containing gold/silver generated out of manufacturing process from seepz-
sez vides notification no. 72/2009 in DTA sale.

Respected sir,

MR. BALIRAM PASWAN of M/S VISHAL TRADING CORPORATION, shop no.2, gumpha compound,near
Rebello compound, subhash nagar , MIDC, Andheri (east), Mumbai-400093 had shown his willingness
and interest to purchase residual dust containing gold/silver generated during the manufacturing
process of our unit.

Sir, we have total 9-bags contains 38kgs. Residual dust in each bag 9x38=342kgs.

We undertake to pay provisional custom duty on 5 Gms of gold and 150Gms of silver,3% education cess
declared in exact weight of 342kgs. (each of 38kgs approx.)

We undertake to pay final duty, if any arising MINT report from the sample drawn by custom at the time
of examination.

Kindly acknowledge the receipt and favour us with necessary permission for the above at the earliest
and oblige.
