This has reference to your application and the subsequent discussion you had
with us. We have pleasure in offering you an appointment as "Area Sales Manager" in
M1 grade at Mumbai in our organisation on the terms and conditions as have been

2. Reliving Letter from your present organisation.
3. 2 Photographs.
4. Copy of Pan Card / Voter ID/ Driving License.
5. Health report from listed hospital
6. Copy of Educational Certificates
7. Copy of Aadhar Card/ Enrolment ID (EID)
Please sign the duplicate copy of this letter & return to us as a token of
acknowledgement of receipt and acceptance of this offer letter. In case we do not hear
from you within 7 days time from the date of joining, it will be assumed that you are not
interested in our assignment and this offer letter will stand cancelled.
