DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Data quality of the Social care database computer system, for Herefordshire Children & Young Peoples
Directorate - called Frameworki.
 Support to all the Children’s Services childcare teams social workers, Team managers, Administration sta
Family Support workers regarding work flows and trouble shooting within the Frameworki database system
 Support to Service Managers on the integration of new Guidelines within the Database IT System

 Training of new starters to The Children & Young Persons Directorate
 Training and integration of all associated teams to Children’s Social Care Services such as The PCT at Be
and all Children’s Centres across Herefordshire
 Implementation of all new IT system components for the Frameworki database system
 Testing of all new IT system components for the Frameworki database system
 Developmental work for new workflows – combining Best Practice Social Care Guidelines with Knowledge
