 The Design of Computer Network of the Iulius Mall CLUJ

General analysis:
IULIUS MALL CLUJ, situated on Vaida Voevod Street no. 53B in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, is
the third shopping mall in the IULIUS national network (together with Iulis Mall Iași,
Timișoara and Suceava), being permanently attuned to international trends by means of its
portfolio of brands and the leisure options.

The mall was opened on 10 November 2007 and in present it includes 250 stores, one
hypermarket Auchan (16,000 m2 (170,000 sq ft)) and several anchors, such as: Inditex Group
(Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti), Tommy Hilfiger, H&M, Cinema
City. It has a 10 screen cinema complex, 37 fast-food and four restaurants. It has a
2,000 m2 (22,000 sq ft) swimming pool and a fitness club. The mall also provides 2,180
parking spaces underground and overground, as well as other relaxation destinations.

The Iulius Park (10,000 m2 ) located in its vicinity is the little corner of nature preferred by
the citizens, defined by a vibrant and energetic spirit offer by a lake view, worthy of the title
of European Youth Capital that Cluj-Napoca was awarded in 2015.

The main purpose of Iulius Mall Cluj is to offer first class services, a good relaxation space
and a perfect shopping center for both the city’s residents and visitors. The mall ensures the
security of people with security guards at almost every store, on every hall, at the access and
exit doors of the building, as well as in the perimeter outside the mall.
