Company Profile and About the Director

“Kirti Training and Consultancy” is a startup. It is founded by Dr. Deepti Lele. Dr
Deepti has done her MBA in HR. She has also completed her PhD and LLM in
Cyber Law. She has a professional experience of 13+ years working in the Cyber
safety and security domain. Since the last 5 years, she has been a trainer and
consultant in Cyber Law. Her vision is “Responsible Netizens”. To realize this
vision, she has been conducting “Cyber Awareness Training Programs” in different
schools, colleges and corporates. She has crated many different modules to guide
the audience in Cyber safety and security. Her audience ranges from 9 years to 90
years. She wants to make the people of India aware about various cyber threats and
malpractices and wants to share her knowledge about how to safeguard oneself
from such cyber frauds and attacks. She has already conducted 50+ seminars in all
over Maharashtra. Her mission now is to conduct such seminars Pan India.
Kirti Training and Consultancy is determined to build a strong Digital India that is
free of cyber thefts and comprises responsible netizens. Having trained over 5000
individuals since the inception five years ago, the company aims to reach the
glorious mark of 1 lakh by the end of 2020 and skyrocket the national dream of
Digital India, Safe India. The branches are spread across Pune, PCMC, Baramati,
Mahad, Chiplun and Panchgani. Till date, the company has conducted more than
50 cyber awareness programs for all age groups across schools, colleges,
corporates, banks, offices and societies. With this commitment and dynamic
workforce, the company aims to make the virtual world a safe place.

About Adv Dr Dipti Lele

The brainchild of this program, Adv Dr Dipti Lele is a lawyer, trainer and
consultant in cyber law and a doctorate in Human Resource Management. With a
rich experience of 14 years, she has laid the foundation of a ‘cybercrime free’ India
through her Kirti Training and Consultancy. She is a Cyber law and HR trainer and
is driven by the zest to create resourceful youngsters who can contribute to
spreading cyber awareness among netizens.

Role Of Intern
I, Amar Kadam (PRN 19020241127) of Symbiosis Institute of International
Business, Batch 2019 – 2021, pursuing MBA in marketing specialization have
joined Kirti Training and Consultancy on 25th May 2020. My role here is that of a
marketing intern. I would realize the vision and mission of my mentor, Dr. Deepti.

There are basically various modules regarding online safety and security. These
seminars are conducted by the mentor, Dr. Deepti Lele on an online platform
which is Zoom meetings. The ongoing modules include –

 Cyber Paathshala
 Social Media Awarness
 Personality Development

Each module has different course content including PPT, Videos and interactive
session. The course delivery is done in a very simple and easy to understand mode.
Also various real life cases are discussed so that the audience gets an exact idea
about the same.

My basic role and responsibility are as under –

 Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
 Perform market analysis and research on competition
 Social media updation
 Engaging in online forums
 Helping in developing new modules
 Monitoring and posting on blogs and social networks.
 Assist in daily administrative task
 Assists in marketing anda advertising promotional activities (social media,
direct mail and Web,manual)
 Prepare promotional presentation
 Manage and update company database and customer relationship
management system
