this agreement

4. The acknowledged warrasts that it has good title to the pledged collateral, has

5. In the cireumstance of debt default or violation of this pledge agreement, the

Pledgee or holder shall have complete rights to foreclose on the pledged

collateral and exercise its rights as a protected party in compliance with Art.

2087, said rights shall be cumulative with any other rights the Pledgee may have

against the undersigned
