AFFIDAVIT

I, ADRIAN PAUL PACIA, of legal age, married, and a resident

of ___________, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby deposes and states:

That I purchased one (1) unit of Suzuki Raider 150 motorcycle

with MV File No. 0401-00000552232 from Motortrade ________ on
October 21, 2015 through motorcycle loan;

That said motorcycle is still registered in the name of one Nilo

Salamo Rodriguez;

That I am the lawful possessor of the said Suzuki Raider

motorcycle as I have assumed the obligation of paying the balance of
the loan until the completion of its term; Copy of the Statement of
Account is hereto attached as an Annex;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the

foregoing facts and for other legal purposes this may serve;

In view thereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 5 th day of
