Problem Areas in Legal Ethics:

• The objective of this course is to prepare the students for the Bar
examination, this will serve as a review subject.
• Revisit thoroughly the study of Legal profession, legal ethics and
judicial ethics including the applicable decided cases.
• Discussion or debate on issues (problem areas) involving gray
areas in the practice of law?
• To familiarize the students of what is the practice of law in
actuality.
