Greetings in the name of students’ welfare,

The Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Santiago in Baras, Rizal intends to help its
constituents, youth specially the students to broaden the knowledge and enhance the
creativity within them in arts and crafts. In view of this, Sangguniang Kabataan ng
Barangay Santiago will conduct the “KaBaLiKaT 2020: Kabataang Barashenyo
Lilinangin angking Kakayahan at Talento” a livelihood training that will help its
participants to learn different skills, process of creating a product and putting up a
business.

This activity aims to help parents, youth, teachers and students of Barangay Santiago
and students under the Bachelor in Technology and Livelihood Education & Bachelor of
Technical Vocational Teacher Education.

This activity will engage the above mentioned people in learning simple to complex
crafts that will help their skills and creativity to heighten especially in livelihood
education/program.

The activity will be having 30 participants in the venue (as prescribed by the IATF
protocols on the 50% capacity of the venue is allowed) following all the health safety
and protocols such as; wearing of face mask and face/eye shield, and social/physical
distancing. The activity will happen on November 28, 2020 (Saturday) at exactly 1pm at
Barangay Santiago, Function Hall.

The platform that will be utilized for the BTLED and BTVTED students is through
Facebook live.

In line with this, we would like to invite you to share your knowledge, skills and expertise
in Door Mat Making and to be one of the resource speakers in the said activity.
