Congratulations on your decision to boost your Network Marketing Business with the How to
Recruit 20 People in 30 Days Intensive Bootcamp. By stepping into your potential and following
the simple steps in this program, you’ll make a major impact on your future. Your life and
business as you know it will be transformed by growing your team by 20 new people. All you
have to do is follow this 10-week program that will guide you to recruit 20 people in 30 days.

And, I’m going to personally mentor you and help you every step of the way.

Now, even though the 20 in 30 happens in 30 days, there is a preparation and a follow-up phase
that are both very important to your success. Also, over the years I’ve learned that in order
to effectively bring in 20 people in 30 days, you have to get mentally, emotionally, and even
physically prepared.

All-in-all, we will be spending 10 of the most important weeks of your career together as we
grow the size of your team and the impact of your business. I have two weeks set aside for
preparation, two weeks set aside for pre-launch, 30 days set aside for the 20 in 30 campaign,
and then one week set aside for next steps on what to do with the group you just brought into
your business.

as your guides. I’m a big fan of writing things down on paper. This is YOUR time to
make a difference in your business and your life. If you do this work, and commit
these exercises and lists to paper and to yourself, you’ll experience some amazing
results.

I want to see you win. I want to see you cross that finish line. And, I want to help
you have a breakthrough and achieve everything you are capable of achieving!

So, welcome and let’s get started!

Week 1
PREPARATION
PHASE 1
Week 1: Preparation Phase 1

During the preparation phase, and throughout your 20 in 30 journey, it’s important that you be
active inside of the group. Make sure that you’re checking in every day, that you’re watching
the videos, and that you’re engaging in the Question & Answer sessions. Also, by documenting
the process, you will have a step-by-step blueprint that you can use to train your existing team
and new recruits on how they can do their own 20 in 30.

The first thing you need to understand is that recruiting 20 people is a numbers game. We have
to go through some numbers in order to be able to achieve the 20. You’re not going to be able
to just talk to 20 people and 20 people are going to sign up. It’s going to take a significant
amount of effort to achieve the particular results you desire.

SUCCESS LOVES SPEED

In Network Marketing, slow and steady does NOT win the race. Speed brings with it a certain
energy, velocity, excitement, and momentum. So, if you are going to recruit 20 new people into
your business, it’s better to do it over the course of a fast 30 days versus a slow 30 months.

IT’S A NUMBERS GAME

ASSIGNMENT:
Download the List Builder and, in the next 24 to 72 hours, create your list of prospects by writing
it down on paper.

Week 1: Preparation Phase 1

EIGHT STEPS TO PREPARATION

Step 1: Commitment

During this preparation period, you’ve got to make a commitment that you’re going to do this
and give it 100%. Make the commitment that you are going to face your fears and ignore the
emotional turmoil inside your body during this life-changing campaign. Then, tell the world that
you’re going to bring 20 people into your business in 30 days. Tell as many people as possible
to make it impossible for you to not follow through without being embarrassed. On the lines
below, make a list of the people you are going to tell about your commitment to recruit 20
people in 30 days. Make the list and then TELL THEM.

Step 2: Sacrifice

In order to successfully bring in 20 people in 30 days, you are going to have to make some
sacrifices. Decide what you’re willing to put aside in order to make this happen. Are you willing
to give up a hobby? Are you willing to give up something that brings you joy? Are you willing to
be uncomfortable? What are you willing to sacrifice for 30 days to insure your future happiness?
Write it down here.

Week 1: Preparation Phase 1

Step 3: Ask Others to Sacrifice

What can you ask your spouse/friends/children/employees to help you with so you are 100%
free to focus on your 20 in 30 campaign?

Step 4: Negotiate with the Important People in Your Life

Who do you need to negotiate with so that you can clear the decks and be totally laser focused?
Where do you anticipate resistance for doing your 20 in 30 push? Write down your answers and
then go have the conversations with the important people in your life so they understand what
you’re doing and why it’s vital to your future success.

Step 5: Determine the Time You’re Willing to Spend

This campaign is going to take a significant effort. If you are part time, I suggest you devote 6 to
8 hours a day to your Network Marketing business, 6 days a week. If you are full time, I suggest
you devote 10 to 16 hours a day, every day to your business during your 20 in 30 push. Write
done the time you are prepared to commit to your 20 in 30 campaign.

Week 1: Preparation Phase 1

Step 6: Clear the Decks of ALL Distractions

All possible distractions need to be eliminated from your life for this 30-day period of time. So,
in addition to your family and friends, make sure to negotiate with your team because your
existing team can be one of your biggest distractions. What distractions are currently in your
life that you can eliminate or put on hold for this 30-day time period?

Step 7: Tools

Do you need products for sampling? Do you need brochures? Are there tools inside of your
company that you’re going to need in order to do presentations every single day? What do you
need to have in stock to be prepared to make a massive amount of presentations? Write down
what you need to put together so you’re always prepared to show someone your opportunity.

Step 8: Pick a Start Date

Part of the preparation is to decide your start date. Once you decide, announce it to the world.
Let them know you’re going on a campaign that’s going to change your life and the lives of the
people who go with you. Write down your start date.
