MINUTES OF THE MEETING

PTA Meeting started at 12:30NN which was presided by Ms. Grace P. Silvestre. The following
topic was discussed during the meeting:

CLASS SCHEDULE
The class schedule is 6:30AM to 9:00AM. Ms. Silvestre advised the parents to bring their child
to class on time and will only be allowed 10 minutes late from the scheduled time.

The school uniform would be black shoes, white blouse and blue skirt for girls and white polo
and blue pants for the boys. The PE uniform is yellow gold T-shirt and blue jogging pants which
can be bought at the school canteen.

CONTRIBUTION
Each parent will give P1.00 per day or equivalent to P20.00/month for the photocopy expenses
of the class activities.

Each parent will also give P20.00 per month for the janitor who will clean the room after class.

CLASS ACTIVITY
Ms. Silvestre divided the class into five groups for their class activities and group assignments.
Assignment of student will be advised by Ms. Silvestre to parents during class dismissal.

Ms. Silvestre requested each student to bring the following:

2 pcs – 2x2 ID picture (one is laminated)
Toothbrush, hand soap, 1 roll tissue, cologne, extra clothes, short, underwear, 5 pcs rags, 1
notebook, pad paper, eraser, sharpener, color (primary color only), 1 pack assorted construction
paper, 10 pcs short bond paper, 10 pcs long bond paper, 1 pc long folder and 1 pc plastic
envelope with handle.

All student activities will be compiled on a half folder to be submitted quarterly.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS

OTHER MATTERS
Ms. Silvestre discussed the importance of honesty of each student at their young age. She
requested that if in case the child brought home anything that does not belong to them, they
must return it.

Ms. Silvestre also encouraged each parent to join their child to any school activities.

Ms. Silvestre also advised each parent to pick up their children on time and do not make their
children to wait for them.

There were no other matters was discussed. Meeting was adjourned 2:30PM.
