1. What is the age range? If there is 18 years old and below respondent, this is considered as vulnerable
group.

2. Mention also the capacity of your respondents to write, read and understand English

3. Who are excluded? Specify. Are those people who do not have the capacity such as.. are excluded in the
study?

Such as:

a. subjects incapable of reading and signing the written consent form (e.g. illiterate patients)

b. participants incapable of giving personal consent, (e.g. because of cultural factors, children or
adolescents less than the legal age for consent in the country in which the research is taking place,
participants with mental illness, etc.) to express their decision?

Research Ethics

 Mention the dimensions of ethics beneficence, justice, confidentiality etc.

 Benefits, alternative to participation, voluntary participation etc.

Data Collection

 Specify, make sure it is step-by-step (from start to finish-until the disposal of the questionnaire)

 Include also for how long you are going to store the questionnaire, how will you code the data
anonymously and how will you store the data, where you will store the data and what is your method of
disposal , for how long you will store the data.

 Include the duration of the data gathering. How long they are going to answer the questionnaire.
 Take note that data collection method, is this ONLINE? As of the moment the institution prohibits face-to-
face data gathering to ensure the safety of the students and respondents. STATE explicitly that you will use
online platform
