Subject: Notice for Annual General Meeting for Year 2021-22

Respected Members-GWA,

We hereby declare and intimate all the buyers of our Association through this Notice to attend the annual
general meeting for Year 2021-2022 which is scheduled on 18th April 2021.

Venue: Gupha Dhaba, Model Town, Sector-11, Faridabad, Haryana

Time: 11.00 AM

All respected members please join the meeting and share your valuable thoughts as we must make
important decisions towards our common goal of getting apartments.

Agenda of the meeting will be as below:

1. Discussion on HRERA current order and future action plan of the GWA.
2. Formation of New Management Committee.*
3. Appointment a Chartered Accountant for verification of payment done by buyers and balance payment
to be collected from buyers & affidavits already submitted to association.
4. Strategy of adding balance members, collection of funds for construction & Affidavits.
5. Others - Internal and External Estimates etc.
6. Appointment of architect for helping tendering process to finalising of project as per HRERA latest
orders.

*Eligibility criteria of Election and Voting will be as per Haryana Registration and Regulation of
Societies Act, 2012. (Please refer the website of HRRS for more information )
