Introduction:

AckedBee is hoping to start its journey in 2022. In the beginning, the main focus is on creating
an e-learning platform and the goal is to create an English speaking community by 2026.

Objective of our business:

AckedBee is going to be founded during the last months 2021 with a goal to bring changes and
revolutionize the Bangladeshi English community of students. First and foremost, we are
creating an online platform for students to teach English Spoken and also at the same time for
other students to learn English spoken and increase their English speaking skills at the same
time.

As an e-learning platform, we will be trying to build awareness and give the students a great
opportunity to make a living with their English skills and also for students to learn and practicing
their speaking English skills with other expert speakers. At AckedBee, what we’re offering is
not being provided by any other organizations at this time.

We truly want to create something enjoyable for our audience where people have the opportunity
to make a living while working on our site and also students can work on their problems with
preparation, fear and low-confidence while sitting in their home.

And finally the goal is to make this a big physical platform where people can interact and we are
also planning to make radio channel, TV channel and business stalls operated in English
;language. So, the whole thing would be a community for the members of AckedBee.

Isn’t it great to have an English community both online and offline for students? Well, AckedBee
will be working towards these goals for the betterment of our students.

Mission:

To provide a platform to the students from where they can earn a handful of money and also
where students can practice their English speaking skills by conversing with expert and fluent
speakers.

Vision:
We are expecting to create a fully organized physical platform for the students where they can
learn and work and also have opportunities for doing jobs and businesses as being a member of
AckedBee. AckedBee will have TV channels, Blogs, Apps, Radio channels and much more.

Industry Analysis:
We will work on the educational industry and we will on strengthening the weakness the
students face with the English language by giving them the problem which they highly desire.

After analyzing the industry, it can be said that customers have 4/5 problems which they are
facing within the industry and AckedBee will be working on solving those problems soon.

 Students don’t have places to practice their English speaking.


 Students don’t have opportunities to earn money with their English Speaking Skills.
 Students don’t feel comfortable to speak up in public and practice their skills.
 Students can’t find preferable teachers to study with.

Value Proposition:
In value proposition, I’ve talked about the product and what we’re actually offering our
customers:
 We will have a website where everyone can register and practice English speaking with
fluent speakers.
 We will create apps for students and teachers.
 We will start TV channels and radio channels for students and teachers to take part in and
make some money while doing so.
 We will give opportunities to fluent speakers to take classes and earn money by doing
that.
 We will give opportunities to students to take part in many activities like working for
magazines, blogs, business stalls and make hard cash.
 Our preference is the students who can’t do courses in organizations with high-fees.
 We will not only maintain our services but we will continually add new services and
opportunities to AckedBee.
 Our focus is to create an educational platform where not only the students can learn,
rather where everyone can contribute whatever talent they have and make a living and
start their own career from here based on their skills.

S.W.O.T Analysis
S.W.O.T stands for one’s business’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threads and all in
one one’s business’ competitive position in the market. Below AckedBee’s S.W.O.T is given:
Strengths:
 We offer many products and services which are not available in the market.
 The team members have huge experience in interacting with students and with the help of
communication skills, we can do surveys easily on the problems which students are
facing.
 In AckedBee, everyone can earn a bit with any short skills they have.

Weaknesses:
 Short of investment for my plan.
 Finding team members will be tough.
 A long-term plan to execute and need patience for that.

Opportunities:
 Right now, there is no 100% English community in Bangladesh.

 There is no website, app or offline places where students can practice their English
speaking skills one-on-one.
 There is no English TV channel both online and offline where there’s English educational
materials.
 There is no English radio channel both online and offline where there’s English

 There is no options for students to make money with their educational skills.

Threats:
 This is a new concept in Bangladesh.
 AckedBee cannot stand without support from friends and family.
 Investment options are available to us but we have to prove that AckedBee will bring
profit to the investors.
 Finding well-business-educated team members is tough for us.
