(ANSWER) All artworks in the world has its own meaning, value and context. Every artist put their
feelings and idea in making their artworks. So when a non-artist like me look at a certain artwork, I
shouldn’t judge or understand it based on my own understanding. I should think like I’m the one who
made it and don’t let my own judgements understand the art.

1. Based on the activity above? How do you describe art? For me, art has an unclear meaning. It can be a
creation of creativity and imagination, which can contain one’s visions, expressions and even emotions
or feelings. Basically, anything we conceive as beautiful and unique can be called art.

(1) The artist taught himself to find art in nature. Art is not Nature, Art is made by Man Setting us
apart from the animals, and humans learned and perceived logic and pattern in our everyday
lives.
(2) Art reflects the technological advances we have because there are more options of ways an
artist can create a piece of artwork. Art does not have to be paintings and drawings. Art is also
movies, pictures, and animations. The first technological advance in the art world was a camera
which then evolved into pictures and movies. When computers were made it allowed artists to
not only share their artwork around the world easily but you can also create and edit art on a
