How to made Doughnuts

Doughnut is popular in many countries and prepared in various forms as a sweet snack that can
be homemade or purchased in bakeries or supermarkets. Doughnut has a delicious taste that
make every people like it.

Doughnuts are fried snacks. The most common are doughnut shaped ring, doughnut with a hole
in the middle and round-shaped doughnuts. Every countries have a different name. In Austria
doughnut called Krapfen and have a thick outside ring, but are very thin in the middle. In
Indonesia they made doughnut from flour and mashed potatoes.

Doughnuts made by mixing flour, sugar, mashed potatoes, butter, and yeast. All dough is mixed
until the batter fluffier and wait a few minutes. After that we can form a doughnut-like rings and
fried it.

Making doughnuts can be fried and can also be put into the oven. Doughnut also have many
ingredients, and every countries have a different ingrediants, they used potato, banana, honey,
syrup, and many more.

After frying, ring doughnuts are often topped. Raised doughnut are generally covered with a
glaze (icing). Cake doughnuts can also be glazed, or powdered with confectioner's sugar, or
covered with cinnamon and granulated sugar. They are also often topped with cake frosting and
sometimes sprinkled with coconut, chopped peanuts, or sprinkles.
