Research Experience
1. Last Research project as Senior Research Fellow (September 2017-August 2020)
“Studies on mechanism of Action and Development of radio-mitigation from HDAC
Inhibitor”
➢ Effect of radiation on Different Physiological system (C57/BL6mice) and their modification
by HDAC inhibitors
➢ To investigate the effect of radiation on lymphocyte cells and HEK cell line and the study
of different DNA anomalies
➢ In vivo and In vitro study of effect of HDACi in radiation induces Double Stranded Break
Repair.
➢ To study of effect High LET and its mitigation using HDACi.

2. Research Project at Helix Biogenesis (October 2016-April 2017) “Isolation and


Identification of oil degrading microbes from different soil samples and their processing”.
➢ Isolation and screening of different of oil degrading bacteria from the soil samples
collected from different oil fields.
➢ Monitoring of isolated bacteria on synthetic media to check their oil degrading capacity.
➢ Sequence analysis of bacteria’s which will show maximum degrading capacity.

3. Research project in Master of Technology (2015-2016) “Functional profiling of Genetic


Variants of Beta Casein (βCN) Across Indian Native, Exotic and Crossbred Cattle
Population”
➢ To sequence characterize and identify different allelic variants of Beta-Casein in Indian
native, exotic and crossbred populations.
➢ To generate corresponding haplotype and estimate extent of linkage disequilibrium
across identified variants of Beta-Casein gene.
➢ To ascertain the expression profile of different Beta-Casein allelic variants in cow milk
epithelial cells.
➢ To delineate Beta-Casein peptide variants corresponding to major allelic
variants/haplotype in cow milk.
