Ihe petiod of training may be extended by another six (6) months in case your performance is not ound to the required level during the initial period of training. 4) You will undertake to complete the training and further serve the Company for a minimum period of WO yeurs in regular employment after completion of your training. You shall be required to cxecute a bond as per the format acceptable to the Company with one SURETY, to this effect in favour of the Company on non-judicial stamp paper of appropriate value. In the event of your \caving earlier than the ubove stipulated period, you along with your SURETY, shall be liable jointly and severally to pay an amount of Rs. 1,00,000 / - (Rs. One Lac only) as damages, ‘sonsequent loss to the Company. 5) After completion of the stipulated period, as mentioned in the Service Bond dated 26/08/2013 executed by you, the services on either side can be terminated by giving one month working notice or one months’ gross salary in lieu thereof without assigning any reason.
