1. Start From Home for Office/Factory
✓Employees staying in restricted area should not report on duty .
✓Self Check for Covid 19 symptoms e.g : cold, cough, temperature, short
of breath etc., before starting from home.
✓If , any symptoms as above or temperature ≥ 99.14 F (37.3°C) – Report
to your family doctor & inform HR representative. Do not report on duty.
✓ Wear mask before starting from home.
✓Keep minimum 1 meter distance with others while walking on road.

2. Commuting to Work
BY BUS
✓ Employees to board bus in Queue by maintaining social distancing of 1 meter. While
travelling avoid touching handles , window, railing in the bus .
✓ Employee should not board the bus if he/she has any symptoms eg : cold, cough,
temperature, short of breath and instead consult doctor.
✓ Before boarding bus – employee will self check/bus person will check for
temperature & other symptoms
✓ Each employee should continue to wear mask.
✓ Each employee will occupy window seat (or appropriate) for maintaining social
distancing.
✓ Avoid Conversations during the travel and get down from the bus in queue by
maintaining social distancing
✓ Keep window open in transportation vehicle. Do not use air –conditioner in the
vehicle.

2. Commuting to Work
By Two Wheeler/Cycle
✓ Wear Mask and pillion rider is prohibited - maintain social distancing.

By Personal 4 wheeler/Personal Car

✓Wear Mask while driving vehicle.
✓If in a Car-Pool – employees should seat diagonally.
In 4 Seater Car – 1 + 1 & In bigger Cars like Innova/Bolero/ - 1 + 2

3.Entry in Factory

1 m social distancing for

✓Security to Check the temperature before entering the factory premises.

✓If employee shows any visible symptoms or temp. ≥ 99.14 F(37.3°C) - Inform HR
and stay in isolation area. Follow Doctors advice on further action.
✓Employee to fill in “Self Declaration Form” after security check, on the first day of
resuming work and there after, on first day of every week i.e. Monday self declaration
final for COVID 19.docx
✓Employee to continue wearing Mask throughout the day
✓Employee must use hand sanitizer/proper hand-wash available at the Security Gate
and must pass through the Human Disinfection Chamber.
✓Avoid crowding & observe proper social distancing of 1 meter, while entering the
factory, going through pre-cautionary process and punching the attendance cards. 7
4.Locker Rooms - Guidelines

✓Employee has to continue wearing mask

while changing cloths in the locker room.

✓ Maintain Social Distancing in locker room

✓No Gathering and chatting in locker room

✓Housekeeping person to sterilize locker room

before shift start

✓Locker room should be locked while not in

use

5. Workplace – Guidelines
For Office:
✓ Maintain Social distancing of 1 meter between seating arrangement
✓ Avoid seating face to face. Recommended seating arrangements with
social distancing.
✓ No Visitors chairs in the cabins/in front of an employee.
✓ Use of mask all the time. Avoid chatting and restrict visiting to others
✓ Use mobiles/intercoms for discussions. Disinfect -Telephone /mobile
with solution frequently. Use e-mails and soft copies for approvals.
✓ No sharing of water bottles/mugs/mobiles
✓ Doors and windows to remain open during office hours. Not to use ACs.
✓ Work stations/Desktops/keyboards/laptops need to be wiped with
disinfectant regularly. Sanitization of office every day.

5.Workplace - Guidelines
For Shop Floor
✓ Maintain Social distancing of 1 meter
✓ Continue to use of mask and regular PPE (goggle, helmet, hand gloves
etc.) all the time .
✓ Avoid chatting and restrict visiting to other production lines/colleagues
✓ Use telephones for communication OR communicate by keeping social
distancing
✓ Use of sanitizer frequently while working through out the day. Avoid
touching face without washing hands/sanitizing hands thoroughly.
✓ Gujarat Government has specified spitting as penal offence, therefore
Spitting is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the factory premises.
Chewing of Pan & Ghutka is strictly banned inside Factory premises &
Office area.
✓ Air Conditions should not be used (Unless technically required) in the
control rooms. Maintain proper social distancing in Control Room and
packaging lines.
✓ Production area to be sterilized /sanitized once per shift.
✓ Equipment's, Trolleys, Machines, forklifts etc. to be sterilized once per shift 10
6.Group Meeting - Guidelines

✓ As far as possible avoid group meetings

✓ Meeting in unavoidable conditions:
- Maintain proper Social distancing of 1 meter
- Theater style sitting (as shown in picture) should be
used for meeting.
- Limit attendees during the meeting as much as possible11
7.Rest Rooms

✓ Maintain Social distancing of 1 meter

✓ Wear mask all the time while using toilet
✓ Wash your hands thoroughly
✓ Disinfect rest rooms every 2 hours

8.Canteen – Guidelines for employees

✓ Lunch/Dinner, tea & snacks - time to be staggered to maintain social

distancing.
✓ Each employee should wash hands thoroughly with soap for 20
seconds before entering canteen.
✓ While standing in queue for taking food – social distancing to be
maintained
✓ Theatre Style sitting arrangement to be maintained while taking lunch
/dinner, tea and snacks to maintain social distancing.
✓ Employees will have to self serve themselves to maintain social
distancing. 13
9.Canteen – Guidelines – for Canteen staff

✓ Avoid raw and cut food items in the Canteen menu

✓ Carry out frequent sanitization in the canteen
✓ Canteen boys should go through disinfection process after each break
schedule
✓ While working, Canteen boys must wear new mask, hand gloves and
hair cap in each shift.
✓ Wash utensils with hot water
✓ Sanitisation of Kitchen in each shift.

10.Smoking Area - Guidelines

High risk of infection reported

when employees chat while
smoking close to each other

✓ Company recommend / discourage smoking in side the company

premises, as smokers are more prone for infection of Covid 19.
✓ Maintain social distancing while smoking in designated booths.
✓ Avoid chatting and gathering
✓ In smaller booths – only one smoker at a time

11.Way Back to home
✓ Continue to Wear Mask when walking from plant to Security gate,
while travelling and reaching back to residence. No gathering and No
chatting during this period
✓ Wash your hands or sanitize your hands before passing through
security gate.
✓ Pass through disinfection chember
✓ Keep 1 m social distancing, while punching out from the factory,
standing in queue for boarding bus and going to parking area.
✓ After Boarding bus sit only on seats assigned as per social distancing .
✓ After reaching home –
- Do not touch anywhere at home, directly take bath or wash your
hands, legs and other parts of the body thoroughly with soap.
- The cloths and mask to be directly kept for washing with detergent
without mixing with other cloths.
- Do not touch your family members at home – without completing
above process.
✓ Take Care and Stay Safe – is most important.

12. General Guidelines
✓ All vehicles and machinery entering premises should be disinfected by
spray mandatorily
✓ Common surfaces should be disinfected regularly
✓ Not more than 2/4 persons will be allowed to travel in lifts and hoists.
✓ Use of staircases for climbing should be encouraged.
✓ Hospitals/clinics in the nearby areas, which are authorised to treat
COVID 19 patients should be identified and list should be available at
work place all the time
✓ Visitors /Suppliers – Not permitted to visit Office /factory . Contact by
using Audio/Video calls/conferences
➢ Priority visitors will be allowed only after approval from Top
Management

13.Emergency Handling

Go and meet the Doctor at
