Executive Summary:
High-tech parks mean a profoundly complex centralization of mechanical offices, hardware and
technology experts. Bangladesh has been delivering IT experts in an expanding number yet at the
same time the leaders among them are only a modest bunch. Discussing the importance, high-
tech park has added another measurement in the innovation area of Bangladesh. It has made a
colossal number of occupation for the youthful generation.To conclude,it has accelerated the
pace of making of digital Bangladesh

Introduction:
Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority (BHTPA) is setting up Hi-Tech Park,Programming
Technology Park and IT Training and Incubation Center all through the nation to draw in the
nearby and unfamiliar speculators for the advancement of Hi-Tech/IT/ITES businesses. It sets
out colossal business open doors and gifted human resources. Tech park is brimming with
freedoms to put resources into the Hi-Tech industry and promote the business that is information
and capital-based. Data technology, Software Technology, Bio-Technology, Renewable Energy,
Green Technology, IT Hardware, IT Enabled Services and R&D and so forth are significant
regions of interest in the HiTech industry in Bangladesh.

Comparing with other company's working process,high tech parks are bit different
in working attitude.They analyze the ongoing workflow and identify the areas
which should be their concern and focus.Like the every company,
here tries to break down the process accordingly.It is work which gets the most
priority in high tech parks. Employees are most often found in struggling with time
management as big projects comes ramdomly and that’s why employees in high
tech park are trained highly about how to manage time wisely and efficiently so
that no one found struggle with time management.They document the projects as
much as possible and automate the work process efficiently.Employess are always
prepared to experience new things as technology stuffs get updated every single
day and also at times companies change the whole network and adapt an entirely
new network.Getting know the working process,one thing which we can
understand employess in high tech parks are always updated and ready to adjust

As new businesses develop, they regularly require greater workplaces and more offices. Most
high tech parks give abundant space to business advancement.It will help a country to get more
foreign investment. For development og business high tech park will play important role. So high
tech park encourage business development.
3) Include the Latest Technology:
Like all public parks, technology parks must suits basic infrastructure
requirements like clean environment and ample walking space. However, tech parks also
are equipped with high-speed broadband internet and telecommunication facilities that make
it easy to determine and manage a business.
4)Equipped with various security features:
Technology parks house all kind of companies, from emerging startups to established
multinational organizations. Since most of the firms during a technology park are IT-based
companies, the park contains plenty of sensitive data.To prevent data theft and vandalism,
technology parks are equipped with state-of-the-art security measures . From surveillance
cameras to a network of security guards, these parks have several measures in place to scale
back the likelihood of criminal activities.

Conclusion:
High Tech Park has contributed in every sphere or sectors in Bangladesh.The velocity or pace
which Bangladesh is possessing has been fast by the development of high tech park.To define
development or building a digital country,high tech park is must.As we all know,Bangladesh
govt. has a goal to become digital Bangladesh and so govt. is creating high tech park as much as
possible.Expenditures of building high tech park is a lot but the pros of high tech park covers the
expenditure.These high tech park has built a techy environment and make investors more keen
to invest in Bangladesh.
