You were assigned to the Complaints Desk of the Police Unit in your Municipality. Today, a
person named Dina Liligo reported that she was raped by certain Andy Lim last March 20, 2021.
Being the Officer in-charge, make a Police Blotter out of the facts provided for. You can also
assume some facts which may support your report. Consider the facts and circumstances, the types
and forms of a Police Reports.
