For students to grasp the topic of Modern American Drama, its impact on the further development of American
media and thorough analysis of “ALL MY SONS” by ARTHUR MILLER

PROCEDURE AND PATTERN TIMING

1. Introduction will consist of the teacher decorating the classroom
with toys and pictures depicting tigers, lions, dogs, cats, Cards, toys,
elephants, snakes etc. The toys will be scattered around before pictures, T-S 7 mins

2. After questioning the students about their wellbeing, the teacher
will ask the students to imitate their favorite animal. As they are
doing so, teacher will write out cards with the name of their
preferred animal and give each student the corresponding card.
They are to keep them for the remainder of the class. They
mustn`t show other students their cards yet.
1. The students, together with the teacher will form a half circle
with their respective seats. Teacher will write a string of
seemingly uninteresting words on the blackboard in front of
them. However she will also leave a blank for every three words
she writes.
2. Students will take turns in standing in the center of the circle, Cards, T-S 15 mins
with their card hidden, playing out the animal they got. The rest blackboard,
are meant to guess what animal that is. As they do, the student toys
will give the card to the person who guessed right. The winner of
this little game is the one with the most cards.
3. When this little game is finished and students have learnt the
names and connected them to the sounds that are appropriate,
they are to fill in the blanks with the names of the animals that
roar, meow etc. This way they learnt about the animals and have
a mental picture of what they sound like.
1. Teacher gives out a sheet of paper containing a picture of all the
animals surrounding the students in the classroom(lion, cat, dog,
elephant, tiger, cow etc). It is expected of them to recognize Cards,
many, if not all of the animals and assign them the right names. videos, 10 mins

1. Teacher will assign an interesting homework. The students,
together with the help of their parents, will make a small doll
resembling an animal they played as today. Together with the Dolls, toys

that, the students can keep their dolls as toys. 6 mins
2. Teacher will ask students about what was their favorite part of
today`s class and if they couldn`t understand something.
3. The teacher will draw the lesson to an end.
