Kathryn Crossman is an innovative and dedicated teacher with the firm belief that
students should be given the chance to construct their own learning
through experiential learning and meaningful opportunities to serve their
kathryn.crossman@nbed.nb.ca communities. She has experience coordinating the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the
Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) programme, the Extended Essay (EE), and teaching

Mathematics. She has also coordinated the IB MYP Service programme, Week Without
Walls (WWW) trips, and Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC)

BC, Canada MYP teachers through inquiry based teaching and planning that aligned with the
curriculum after authorization.
TECHNOLOGY:
Comfortable with the following platforms and technology tools: Microsoft Office365,
ManageBac, SMARTBoard, Apple products, Explore Learning (Gizmos), Twitter,
Padlet, Kahoot, Notability, Explain Everything, Flipgrid, and a variety of online file
sharing systems.
