Bill Hunt is the CEO of Resonus, and he has formal power, as he is the CEO of the company. Jacqui Blanc
is the production director who has legitimate power. Doctor Kalandry is the research director, whohas
expert power, as he is the guy who has technology expert. Thus, Bill Hunt and Doctor Kalandry have the
most power among everyone as they have controlling decisions over production.

Answer2:

Kalandry picks not to impart his thoughts to his executive and he goes straight to the CEOto spill out his
thoughts. The CEO in this way considers him to be somebody who can never be wrong. It prompts
disorder in the association because there are dependably mistakes after production.

Answer3:

Lacks of work consistency, for example (the research department, ESD and production staff) are not
working along with each other and everyone is blaming the others, the research staffs made some errors
as oneengineer said “we’ve had hundreds of production change orders already this year” referring to
Doc’s department (research department). This kind of problems led to process loss.

Solution:

They should hire right employee who have the expert to work in there search department.
