The Megalodon, Alive or Extinct?

Today I’m going to be talking about the deadliest predator of the planet, the megalodon.

We’re going to be talking about how it’s still alive today. It’s proven that we have only

discovered 5% of the ocean. Imagine how many other species we haven’t discovered yet?

There’s been sightings of huge sharks across the Mariana trench. There’s a video about a 50 foot

shark in the depths of the ocean. There’s also a 7 metre shark found on the coast of Australia.

The megalodon did not go extinct, I believe it’s still alive today and hiding in another world we

call “The ocean”. There are lots of reasons why it’s still alive today and which I’m going to be

showing you in the following paragraphs.

The megalodon still exists today and hides in the depth of the ocean. Most of the greatest

white sharks in the world has been known to have been found in the Mariana trench. The

Mariana trench is known as the deepest part of the ocean and location in earth. This specific part

of the ocean is 7 miles long. A lot of unknown species have been found in Mariana trench, for

example like the angler fish.

Another one of my claims I looked into was that, if the blue whale can reach lengths up

to 82 feet, why can’t a shark only reach links up to 50 feet? Especially since it has lived before.

Some hunting tactics that I have researched and discovered about shark attacks are is that first it

would come from the depths of the ocean and shoot upwards and catch the prey off guard. The

megalodon was one of the most fierce predators in the ocean, why would it just go extinct? The

megalodon would only eat one ton of food every day. That’s not that much when talking about a

creature but of that size.

We have discovered other living species in the depths of the ocean that we have not

discovered before. For example no one in the world knew about the angler fish until we saw a

light at the bottom of the ocean. The megalodon would be able to start to survive great depths

because of the other life forms that are down there. Sharks are known to eat anything with me in

it, which means they can eat pretty much anything that they find pleasure too or that they like.

For the last claim I would like to address about the megalodon is that this is an animal

that has lived before. It’s lived in our oceans hunting the most prey out of any predator. There

were other extinct animals that have lived in the past and showed up in today’s world for

example like the giant squid, we all thought it would have been extinct today until scientists and

researchers discovered it’s presence in the 1900s at the depths of ocean. Sharks are the most

unpredictable creatures in the world, they could pop up at any time anywhere. In my opinion

they are hiding in the depths of the ocean somewhere that we may not have known of.

In conclusion I provided you with many facts and theories that I have discovered across

the Internet. The megalodon still exists today with many facts behind it. It was one of the most

fierce predators in the planet and there’s no way it can just go extinct. There was sightings across

the Mariana trench, a video of a 50 foot shark hiding in the depths of the ocean, 7 meter Shark

found on the coast of Australia, and we have also only discovered 5% of the ocean. The same

question I’m going to ask you before is, do you still believe the Megalodon still exists today?

We’ve only discovered 5% of the ocean so what’s out there in 95%. Many questions still need to

be ask and answered but hopefully one day we would be able to solve them.
