St. Peter's Engineering College (SPEC) was
established in the year 2007 with a mission to
offer quality education for the students with the
objective of bringing Engineering education to
the doorsteps of every individual. SPEC is an
AICTE approved “BMQR” ISO 9001 CERTIFIED
Engineering Institute, affiliated to JNTUH. The
Institute has bagged UGC Autonomous, NAAC
Accreditation with ‘A’ grade, 3 courses have
been Accredited by NBA and is offering 6 UG
courses, 2 PG courses and 2 Diploma courses.
SPEC is governed by the SHANTHA
EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY started by a team of
young & dynamic academicians and technocrats
to impart high quality engineering education to
the budding professionals and to provide the
ambience needed for developing requisite skills
for the up-liftment of rural poor.
About the Department:
The department of Electrical and
Electronics Engineering was established during
the inception of the institute in 2007. Since its
commencement, the primary objective of the
department has been to impart quality
education, training and research at the
undergraduate and postgraduate levels in
various areas of Electrical and Electronics
Engineering with broad emphasis on design
aspects of Electrical & Electronics systems.
