● Welcome guests when they walk in with a smile and get information for
their party.
● Seat people at the tables the computer assigns them to and set up tables
for larger parties.
● Greet guests once again before they leave the restaurant and tell them to
enjoy their day/night.
● Assist other positions with tasks that they may be having trouble with.
Daruma Japanese Steakhouse — Server/ToGo Specialist/Busser/Host

● Greet incoming guests and receive information for the amount of people in
the party.
● Seat people at their tables.
● Take their orders with a smile and give it to the cooks.
● While the food is being prepared…
○ Bus tables, package ToGo orders, and greet more guests (and give
them an accurate quote time if there is a wait)
