Minutes of the Barangay Nutrition Committee second quarterly meeting held on at the Barangay Hall of
Lajong ,Matnog Sorsogon.

 The meeting was called to order by the Punong Barangay

at 8:30 am.
 Prayer was led by BNAO.

-all pre-school children ages 0-71
months old must be weighed and

their Nutritional Status

AGREEMENT & ACTIONS TAKEN
-the BNC agreed upon that will be
scheduled per purok and
accompanied by the kagawads
who are available on that date
and also tanods.
-all puroks will be given their
schedule or eworming and vitamin
A, and its done through the BNS
and BNAO and during the
implementation,
The kagawad who was task for
this( micronutrient
supplementation) will be hand in
 hand with the health worker.
