1.Introduction
During the most recent couple of many years, innovation is advancing with significant speed and
effect. This mechanical progression has purchased the Fourth Industrial Revolution or Industry
4.0 before us. The Industry 4.0 is an umbrella term fundamentally begat in Germany at Hannover
Fair in 2011. In especially, Industry 4.0, presently, influences all areas and trains, and have a
huge effect lopsidedly on developing countries. The utilization of industry 4.0 systems offers
huge freedoms for organizations with enormous speculations not exclusively to accelerate
production, yet additionally to advance monetary development. To acquire greatest advantages
from Industry 4.0, it is the ideal opportunity for the Bangladesh Government and the chiefs of
private associations to make a move with the goal that Industry 4.0 can be adjusted and executed
in the assembling and administration industry. The broad objective of this examination is to
break down the uses of Industry 4.0 in Bangladesh. In any case, regardless of having an immense
possibility of selection of industry 4.0 in Bangladesh, it has bunches of difficulties, opportunity.
Industry 4.0 has contrast between other industrial revolution. Three specific objectives of this
research are to find the (i) challenges, (ii) applications and (iii) find the difference of other
industrial revolution for business with Industry 4.0 in Bangladesh.
2.Background
Industry 4.0 is the latest thing of automation and information trade in manufacturing technology.
It incorporates the Internet of things, cloud computing and cyber physical system. Industry 4.0
makes what has been known as a "smart manufacturing plant". In the savvy businesses,
apparatus and consumables coordinate together during mechanical cycles to add extension and
personalization to the assembling interaction, which is done in a generally advanced and
incorporated manner with the idea of Industry 4.0. It goes past coordinating production and
dispersion measures rather it incorporates every one of the various circles of the value chain, and
new item improvement measures.
Bangladesh, a nation of the Asia-Pacific area, is one of the quickest developing economies and
its GDP is floating around 6% to 8% during the most recent twenty years. Bangladesh's export
income are developing at a generous rate around 10% percent for certain variances which are
projected to be the twenty-eighth greatest economy on the planet by 2030 (Bhattacharya,
Rahman, and Raihan, 2002). Lately, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is elegant to deliver broad

mechanical computerization and upsetting virtually every industry for example Readymade
Garments (RMG) and Textile, Furniture, Agro-handling, Leather and Footwear, Tourism and
Hospitality areas of Bangladesh. These areas of Bangladesh are spending more on automated
hardware, mechanical technology, sensors, programming, IoT and big data in the dreary business
measure for productive assembling and business the executives. The use of industry 4.0
instruments offers colossal freedoms for assembling units with huge speculations not exclusively
to accelerate creation yet additionally to advance financial development.
3.Literature Review
3.1.Overview
This paper is made in Systematic Literature Review (SLR) order so I can gather pertinent proof
on the given theme that fits the pre-determined qualification models and to have a response for
the detailed research questions. This audit will follow the rules of SLR separating the research
into three primary stages:
• Conducting the review with the determination of studies from electronic databases
I followed SLR methodology for this research because SLR permits the assortment from data
sets prohibitively, which permits a research with lower predisposition than traditional audits. But
there was a limitation that Numerous surveys didn't give satisfactory synopses of the included
research.

For this research At first in search with keywords, I found 98 papers. After reviewing keyword
24 papers were left. Then after reviewing abstract and full text, I found 4 papers to research with.
Then from review of reference I got 2 paper and from organic searc, I got one paper for further
research. From wiley search, I got 18 papers in this topic.
The Industry 4.0, a brainchild of Germany, has begun mix of customary assembling measures
with cyber physical production frameworks (Aulbur, CJ, and Bigghe, 2016). Because of
innovative empowering this revoulation are associating with the Internet, big data, distributed
computing, progressed advanced mechanics, artificial intelligence, new materials, new added
substance producing advances, it sets out tremendous freedom occupied with Bangladesh. In
addition, the Big data advances received in industry 4.0 for gathering, preparing and dissecting
enormous, unstructured information utilizing keen calculations for successful constant serious
business choices (Faller and Feldmüller, 2015).
The circle of industry 4.0 will welcome enormous and multidimensional impact on the large
scale financial factors of Bangladesh like GDP, utilization, work, exchange, inflation, investment
and so forth In the Bangladesh economy, around 85% of the nation's export profit get through the
RMG area. Because of Prudent macroeconomic arrangements and primary changes the
development has been strong, swelling facilitated, unfamiliar trade saves have ascended to an
agreeable position and stable GDP has worked with exploring Bangladesh's economy a decent
way having some homegrown and worldwide difficulties. The use of industry 4.0 components in
Bangladesh offers huge freedoms for organizations with enormous speculations not exclusively
to accelerate creation, yet additionally to advance financial development.
This new industrial revolution will incorporate more limited periods for dispatching new items,
more adaptable product offerings, expanded profitability, more proficient utilization of assets,
and surprisingly the capacity of organizations to coordinate into worldwide value chains.
Adaptable Customization of the creation chain and direct correspondence between the different
connections in the production chain with the assistance of adaptable mechanization frameworks
help to improve the level of proficiency and creation of huge amounts.

So far the world has seen different advances like mechanical, electrical, and data innovation
utilized improving modern system and efficiency in the initial three modern upsets (Zhou, R.,
and Le Cardinal, J. (2019)). Also, the third mechanical unrest on gadgets and data innovations
that subsequent automation in assembling businesses.
6.Conclusion
As the point of this investigation survey is an observational finding of distinguishing proof of
difficulties and opportunities because of the Industry 4.0, particularly with regards to
Bangladesh. The audit discoveries uncovered that the upheaval of industry 4.0 has contributed

wave of utilizing problematic innovations in assembling units and influences financial changes in
Bangladesh.
